The certification model of the IPMA (International Project Management Association) allows for different certification levels. The headquarters of the IPMA are in Switzerland. The certification is done through the respective national certification offices of the IPMA, like pma in Austria, GPM in Germany or SPM in Switzerland.
Step 1: Qualification ProgrammeTaking part in training workshops and courses relevant for the certification will ensure the development of practical know-how as well as a broad and sound knowledge base for the certification.
Step 2: Immediate Exam PreparationWorkshops and/or coachings make up the main parts of your preparation programme. Use them to prepare yourself thoroughly for the certification exam.
