This compact course is suited to those
  • who are experienced in managing projects and will therefore have no difficulty in quickly and efficiently enhancing their knowledge of project management,
  • who prefer condensed training (7 consecutive days) and
  • who seek to be best prepared for the IPMA® Level C or PMP® credential exam.
Participants of this condensed programme will, within a very short time,
  • learn or brush up on the fundamentals of project management,
  • discuss the project management processes – project start, controlling and closing – in great detail,
  • enhance their personal ability to work in teams, gaining valuable experience.

This course is currently available as open seminar in German, English, Slovak and Slovenian only.
