This course – academic certificate through the University of Salzburg optional – aims at equipping you with the skills that are indispensable for a career as a project management professional. You will develop state-of-the-art project management skills and will be a spot-on and intensively prepared for an IPMA® or an PMI® certification. The integration of the topics leadership and conflict management makes important interdependencies transparent and furthers the development of your social skills.
To ensure a comprehensive training that meets your individual needs the course is built around 3 constant core modules, lasting 4 days each. 1 additional elective module serves the purpose of specialisation in a relevant area. For the additional module you can choose from all our workshops offered as part of our nl-academy training programme equivalent to 4 days.
