Business ABC for project leaders

Basic business-management know-how is an important skill for project leaders to ensure successful projects. In this training workshop everybody wishing to gain background knowledge in business administration will learn the basic principles of business administration by means of the simulation game „real BUSINESS“ covering the central functional chains from business transactions to the most essential key performance indicators (KPIs) in a compact way.
