Confirmation of registration
Please submit your registration in writing via seminar-shop, by e-mail or fax. Upon receipt of your registra-tion, we will send you a confirmation of registration. Just about 3 weeks before beginning you will receive an additional e-mail-invitation.
Timetable
Seminars are usually scheduled from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (conforms to 8 teaching units). Changes in schedules will be communicated in the respective seminar invitations.
Location
Our seminars are held in renowned seminar hotels. By request we accept room reservations. However we kindly ask you to arrange payment and cancellation in any case directly with the hotel. We will be glad to provide further information on request.
Schedule Changes
Due to the long-term preparation of our seminars at times it might be necessary to reschedule a seminar or change locations or speakers. We apologize for any convenience this may cause. We will inform you about any changes as soon as possible.
Number of participants
To allow for optimal training, the number of participants for our seminars is limited. Registrations are ac-cepted on a first-come, first-served basis. We reserve the right to cancel under-subscribed seminars no later than two weeks prior to the start of the seminar.
Attendance certificate
Each participant will receive an attendance certificate on successful completion of the seminar, if 75% of the respective seminar were attended.
Attendance fee
The seminar fee includes the costs for the seminar, seminar materials, refreshments and lunch. Accommo-dation and parking fees are not included. The prices are to be understood net.
Cancellation & Change Policy
We kindly ask for your understanding that we will charge a cancellation fee of 50 % of the seminar fee if you cancel within 8 weeks of the start of the seminar. Cancellations received within 4 weeks prior to the start of the seminar booked will incur a 100% charge. This fee does not apply if you send a substitute to attend the seminar. In case of unexpected disease of the participant we need a medical confirmation.
As our seminars and courses take a long view, it is often difficult to win compensational participants in case of short-term cancellations. For a change of your registration within 4 weeks prior to the start of the seminar booked we will charge the following fees:

General Business Terms
Apart from that terms and conditions of next level Austria apply resp. in further consequence the terms and conditions of consulting (edition March 2006).
