Process management certification through TÜV AUSTRIA
„Who does what, when and by what means?“
This is a central question when it comes to process management. The objective is to use the existing information on company-internal processes to perfectly align procedures to the customer’s needs resulting in better achievements of the company targets. An optimal, process-oriented organisation becomes more and more important in the business world causing the demand for people with specific skills to rise rapidly.
Certificates of TÜV AUSTRIA are internationally recognised due to the exact compliance with the strict standards for certifying individuals according to the international ISO/IEC 17024 norm.
next level academy offers a process management certification for individuals in cooperation with TÜV AUSTRIA.
After the completion of the process management course you gain a neutral confirmation of your process management skills through the certification. Furthermore, you are allowed to bear the protected title of a process practitioner or process expert. By subsequently establishing these qualification standards in your company you can generate further benefit through its marketing value.
Entry requirements for the certification
For a candidate to be admitted to the certification different requirements have to be met. To proof the compliance with all requirements the aspirant has to perform a self-assessment by means of a questionnaire in the course of the application.
The 4 modules of the process management course are designed in a way to be able to meet the entry requirements. For both levels of the certification a process handbook / a case study of a current process has to be submitted. The certification exam - conducted by independent assessors - consists of a written and an oral part focusing on the verification of the knowledge and skills of the candidate.
The baseline (QFM-PersZ) summarises the knowledge areas that are compulsory for a successful certification. In addition to theoretical knowledge as described in the knowledge areas of the baseline practical process management experience is required. The following overview shows the requirements for a successful certification as process practitioner or process expert, respectively.
The certification starts with a multiple-response test where, within 60 minutes, two thirds of the questions have to be answered correctly, followed by an oral exam. The official TÜV AUSTRIA certificate is subsequently issued provided the underlying training has been successfully completed.
