Course "IT Project Management"
This training course is targeted at participants seeking to acquire methods and tools used in IT project management. In addition to PM methodology, participants will be introduced to IT specific concepts of the work process (process models, contract management, requirements management, estimation methods, versioning and configuration management, test procedures, ITIL, etc.)
Participants will study the entire project life cycle (IT strategy, project initiation, planning/quotation stage, assignment, execution, operation) as well as the importance of projects in implementing IT strategies. Within an optimal time frame, you will acquire comprehensive knowledge of all essential project management methods and processes used in the IT environment. The hands-on training approach, the corresponding background of the trainers and the target audience generate a training atmosphere from which you will benefit by applying many approaches to your work as IT project manager.
The training course is divided into 4 modules (13 seminar days). Work in the individual modules is more intensive than in the seminars. The closed nature of the group ensures a high learning transfer and enables group learning and reflection of a particularly high quality. At the same time, participants will work with real IT projects of their own choice.
The training modules also aim to prepare participants for IPMA® certification Levels D and C or for PMI® certification CAPM® and PMP®.
