Experts Workshops on Project Management & Process Management

Experts’ workshops aim to promote the sharing of experience between participants and trainer on a specific project management topic. Gathering expert know-how, participants may reflect and discuss topics in the context of their own company and project situations.

Leading project-/program-/process-team members, employees of project offices or process management competence centres will find a specifically exchange of experience at expert’s level as well as an optimal preparation for a certification according to IPMA® Level B (Senior Project Manager), PgMP® (Program Management Professional) according to PMI® or to the PcE (Process Expert) accordint to the standards of TÜV AUSTRIA.

All PM Challenge seminars require basic and practice knowledge of project management.

These workshops may also be arranged as expert programmes featuring special conditions.
