Conflict Management in Projects
“Viewing conflicts as a chance for further development"
In times of increasing time and cost pressure, the ability to deal with conflicts is also gaining importance. Whether you tend to avoid or seek conflicts, in this seminar you will learn how to assess and – if reasonable – work on conflicts. Participants will learn to appreciate the ability to manage conflicts as a balance between methods, attitude and self-management and will practice this ability applying it to neutral cases.
Seminar Outline
- Identifying and learning how to manage conflict strategies
- Dealing with conflicts constructively and assessing them systematically
- Finding one’s own "thread" – recognising and resolving individual conflict patterns
- Locating and analysing the source of conflicts
- The "inner models" of individuals, affect levels and deep layers of our personality
