The implementation of processes is simultaneously always a change project often initiating uncertainty and defence. In this special workshop you will get to know the psychological models for handling change processes. Equipped with tangible tools you will learn to make these models transparent to manage them constructively.

  • Exploration of the psychological side of development and change
  • Recognising signs of resistance as intrinsic parts of development and change and learning how to manage them productively
  • Reflection and expansion of one’s individual behaviour patterns in situations of change and resistance
  • Elements for facilitating and controlling of change processes in organisations
  • Reflection of one’s own thread in change situations learning to apply it consciously
