Project Management Processes: Start, Controlling and Close-Down

"The project outcome is determined by how it is started"

The adequate organisation of the project management processes, i.e. project start, project controlling and project close-down, poses crucial challenges to project managers, which go beyond an in-depth understanding of the methodology. This training course will equip you with the competence to implement a shared project picture in the team at the start of the project as well as adequate project structures. With efficient controlling mechanisms you will keep your projects "on track" and make sure that after the project is closed the knowledge gained is made available for future projects.
